1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of www.figureoutfertility.com (the "site"). The site is operated by [Fig Ltd / your registered company name], a company registered in [England and Wales] under company number [XXXXXXXX] ("Fig", "we", "us").

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What this site is — and isn't

This site provides information about Fig, a product currently in development, and lets you register interest in early access. Fig itself is not yet available.

This site does not provide medical advice. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Fertility and IVF decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified clinician. If you have any health concern, speak to your doctor or fertility specialist — not to a website.

3. Joining the waitlist

By submitting the waitlist form, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The details you provide are accurate.
• You consent to us contacting you about Fig in line with our privacy notice.

Being on the waitlist doesn't guarantee access to Fig when it launches. We may invite people from the waitlist in stages and we may decline to provide access to anyone at our discretion. If we offer you access, you may also need to agree to additional terms specific to the product.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our admin systems, or our infrastructure.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, scripts) to interact with our forms or extract content.
• Send unsolicited or bulk messages through our contact form.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of our systems.
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the site.

We may, without notice, block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

5. Intellectual property

The site content — text, design, graphics, logos, the Fig name and brand — is owned by Fig or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial browsing is fine.

6. Third-party links

The site may link to other websites we don't operate (for example, the ICO complaint page). We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

7. Site availability

We try to keep the site available, but we don't promise it will always be online or free of errors. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the site without notice. We may update these terms from time to time — material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
